I wasn’t sure I’d share this part of my story — I was really tempted to go straight into the interviews and conversations for the new season. But then I remembered the kind of space I’ve always wanted to hold: honest, unfiltered, and deeply human. And that means I have to be willing to show up in that same way too.

The past two years have been the most difficult of my life. Burnout. Health scares. Chronic pain. Starting over — not once, but over and over again. And yet, these years have also been the most formative. They shaped the woman I am today.

So today’s video isn’t just a life update. It’s a return to self. A return to story.

A heart-to-heart about healing, growing up, finding my voice again — and all the quiet battles you don’t see behind the scenes.
