This one is close to my heart. In this episode, I sit down with two of my closest friends, Maliaka and Tshegetso, for a real and honest conversation about what friendship looks like in adulthood- the beautiful, the hard, and the in-between.
We grew up watching rom-coms where the “best friend” character always had it all figured out, but real life doesn’t look like that. Between work, money, growing responsibilities, and trying to show up for ourselves, friendship can start to feel… complicated.
So, we decided to talk about it–the distance that sometimes creeps in, the moments we’ve drifted, and the ways we’re learning to hold space for each other now that life isn’t as simple as it used to be.
