Today, we welcome Executive Education faculty David Worley. David is the Executive Director of Executive Education here at Daniels, and he’s been a thought leader in the management and leadership space for several years. He has a PhD from the University of Denver, and a Master’s degree in leadership from Bethel University.As leader of Executive Education, one of the things that David does best is designing programs for adult learners. He really listens to an organization’s goals, pain-points, and desired outcomes, and then he works collaboratively to create a custom learning and development program to match.David joined the Accelerate Webinar in January of 2022 to explain the trends he’s witnessed in the leadership and learning and development space in the last year.
