We will be looking at the book of Esther this week and observe how her story with Mordecai translates into a way we can continue to mission even in places that are hostile or unfamiliar. Esther, who is a Jewish woman, is given the title of queen in Susa under the Persian empire. We observe how she can be a witness tp the power and glory of God through her willingness to put her life on the line to defend her people. We see that through this type of situation, God finds ways to use us in His mission.
