Jason Schreurs is a music and mental health writer, host of the Scream Therapy podcast and self-proclaimed punk weirdo living in British Columbia.His book, Scream Therapy: A Punk Journey through Mental Health, follows the transformational journeys of himself and fellow musicians revealing the healing power of punk rock. Jason is happiest when screaming into dented microphones and playing guitar like it’s a percussion instrument.
Although less of a screaming match, and more of a thoughtful discussion, we are excited to share a glimpse of Jason’s story with you.
