Last time we discussed the purpose of Healthy Life, Happy Life, an overall wellness and stress management program for people with developmental disabilities.
Today, we will focus on healthy eating. Although weight loss can be one outcome, the primary goal of Happy Life, Healthy life is to help people make healthier daily decisions to improve their complete well-being.
