In dieser Folge sprechen wir über die Bedeutung psychologischer Sicherheit in der Ausbildung von Gesundheitsberufen. Wie entsteht ein Lernumfeld, in dem Fragen gestellt, Fehler offen angesprochen und Rückmeldungen konstruktiv gegeben werden können – ohne Angst vor Bloßstellung oder Sanktionen?

Psychologische Sicherheit ist eine zentrale Voraussetzung für nachhaltiges Lernen, professionelle Entwicklung und nicht zuletzt für die Patientensicherheit.

Sicher wird Ihnen auffallen, dass diese Folge deutlich kürzer ist als die bisherigen. In diesem neuen Format "Medizindidaktik akut" wollen wir uns zukünftig besonders interessanten Publikationen widmen und einen Einstieg in ein bestimmtes Thema bieten. Es wird aber auch weiterhin längere Folgen mit Experten und Expertinnen geben.
