Reed got his coaching start in 2010 at Crescent City Baptist High School with other stops at Prairie View A&M, Leesville High School and on the travel baseball side with Twelve Baseball & Houston Wildcatters. Reed spent time in the corporate world at Eaton Corporation, Richard Wayne & Robert and KPRC2 (NBC). Reed also handles the pitching coach duties for Alcorn State.
