This week's theme is: intentional community building. Aaliyah briefly discusses her perspective about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Furthermore, in this episode, Historically Black Women's Colleges (HBWCs) alumnae, Aaliyah and Taylor discuss their experiences at Spelman College and Bennett College. Aaliyah shares the framework she created called "HBWC Niche", which highlights three key components of the HBWC experience: Intentionality, Community, and Intersectionality (ICI). Aaliyah and guest host, Taylor share narratives about their college experiences.
