To be good stewards of time we must:
1. Correctly value time.
2. Diligently appropriate time.
3. Consistently apply time.
Time is not yesterday, time is not tomorrow, time is this second, this breath!! Living in the present with eternity's values in view is when we are diligently appropriating time.
Everyone gets hurt at one point or another. It's just part of living in this fallen world. God commands us to forgive one another. This doesn't mean forgetting, denying, excusing, or tolerating mistreatment. It means putting aside the debt and no longer holding it against the offender.
Deuteronomy 20:3 & 4- "Let not your hearts faint, fear not, and do not tremble, neither be ye terrified because of them.
Increase of false prophets and religious compromise within the Church.
Increase of crime and disregard of God's law.

The Lord knows your downsitting and uprising, he knows your thoughts afar off. God knows all our inward thoughts, motives, desires and fears, as well as our outward habits and actions.
