In an affidavit in front of the Ontario Court of Appeal, Dinesh Kumar made a powerful statement to the preceding judges: “I do not want my guilty plea to ever be interpreted to mean that I did anything to harm Gaurov. I did not.”. Dinesh had only recently moved to Canada when he became the suspect in his month-old baby’s death. Kylie and Rory tell you his story from his own words this week.
