
Mindfulness is talked about as if it's a cure all for everything - it isn't! It's really important to understand what type of "mode of mind" we need and when to use each one. In this episode I talk about the differences between mindfulness and relaxation and also the magical benefits of hypnobirthing (hypnosis for childbirth) - I used it myself many years ago!
