S1E8 Healing is Our Humanity I A Reflection with Heather and Krista

In this episode, Heather and Krista reflected on the Centre for Holding Space's journey of bringing "holding space" to the world.

Holding space work speaks to the core of our humanity - our need for being seen, for belonging and for liberation. As fundamental as it is, holding space is not an easy practice. It requires a commitment to both self- and system awareness: the oppression, the trauma, the intersectionality and the interconnectedness that plays into our webs of relationships.

Towards the end of the episode, Heather and Krista practice dreaming of a world where each and every person is deeply recognized and seen for their humanity.
