Welcome to the second episode of A Techno-Legal Update (@TechLegalUpdate), a podcast bringing to you analysis of significant developments at the intersection of law and technology.

2. The American FCC’s being poised to announce fines for 4 large US telcos for selling their subscribers’ real-time location data.
