Joann is a "...Licensed Architect turned Branding Strategist and the Founder of Women Architects Collective.In 2014, after being forgotten for a raise, she wanted to find a way to never be forgotten again. That’s when she came across personal branding.

While climbing the ladder at Gensler and getting burned out consistently, she started the Women Architects Collective and began sharing her career journey online."
