Ep. 2 - Social Media

In this episode of a Social Workers Podcast we examine a study conducted by researchers at the University of Toronto and at Brock University in St. Catherines, Ontario. This study is called, "When Every Day Is a High School Reunion: Social Media Comparisons and Self-Esteem", and the those conducting the study explored the impact of social media use on the "upward comparisons" social media users make between themselves and those they see posting on social media.

If you have any suggestions for future episodes, or would like to share your thoughts and comments on the topic, please send me an email at asocialworkerspodcast@gmail.com.
