Can we please re-define what being 'healthy' looks like?

There's a surge in 'right wing' fitness & with it, a heavy focus on extreme discipline, morphing our bodies to look a certain way and buying into conspiracy theories and alt-wellness pipelines in order to get there.


I believe many of us are missing the point of what health and fitness should be about, I think it's time that we took a step back and re-defined what success actually looks like when we're working towards health goals.
