In this episode I speak to Nikki Murphy of NK Beauty Bar & Academy. Nikki's journey is a lesson in tenacity and courage. Her own struggles in her life, both physical and emotional have led her to the place she is today - a force to reckon with in the beauty industry, one full of knowledge and experience she is bursting to share with her students. She is passionate about helping those who struggle because she has been there herself. She recently spoke so eloquently at LashFest in London and made the whole room sit up and listen. The audience laughed and cried with her, literally! Myself included. Joining us at the end of the podcast is another lash artist; Lottie Bayman - who was deeply moved by Nikki's talk and I invited her on to tell us why.
