A simple “ how you doing” can go a long way to make a positive impact on someone’s day. We’re all fighting unseen battles, so why not extend a helping hand or kindness to someone. Salina describes her emotions of working her first shift at an assisted living facility, how CNA, RA, aides and etc deserves more pay for the care they provide, and how elderly people can brighten up your day.
