I want to yell this at you but it's all in LOVE.

We cannot be perfect, I know, but taking control of our health starts with Awareness and Knowledge of what you should be paying attention to and let it build from there.

It takes time to build habits for yourself.

I am far from perfect with this, but it is something that I have come a long way with as I have gotten older and became more aware of the harmful substances all around us.
