A fresh start or pivot in your life is OK at any age, it's also inevitable. If you are growing your are changing and your life is going to change as well.
Resisting it will lead to suffering leaning into the fear, making the hard decisions, and then taking aligned action will omit the suffering and create space for what you need to make the changes easier and allow you to find excitement over fear.
Ive made a lot of pivots and hard choices since turning 30 and I don't plan on stopping, because I can reflect back on them and see how important they were, and the positive impact they had on my growth as an individual.
Don't get caught up in societies timeline for your life, live it for YOU.
