COVID-19 is no longer the villain that it used to be however, we are still faced with increased pressures regarding the quality and general standard of living. The capitalist economic collapse, Wars and a desensitised population has created a mental health crisis.

This year may be the same as every other year but what can be different is your MINDSET! There may be an overwhelming feeling for a fresh start and new beginnings; most of us will be filled with positive energy for the year ahead but may not be able to maintain consistency. Let go of expectations so as to develop a positive mindset to promote a growth mindset enabling you to tap into and eventually reach your potential. You know yourself better than anyone else so take responsibility and ownership of your Life. Reflect but do not dwell on the past. Plan for the future but be present in the moment. Remember, being PATIENT is having the capacity to endure and tolerate delay and/or misfortune while being calm and composed. Trust the process, be diligent and persist.
