Diego is a young man in the vibrant city of Mumbai – India. He lives in what the world calls a slum. Born and living on the poverty line, the young man has opened Mumbai’s first Café that thrashes heteronormative assumptions about gender, while creating a non-judgemental space for queers and others alike. It is run entirely by transgender employees.
Bambai Nazatya in the hip part of Versova in Mumbai has quickly become popular but the founder and his girlfriend are more happier to have a place where transgenders have a place to be tritiated with dignity and respect.
