Many of us right now are being forced to see, in the most gruesome of ways, the dangerous outcome of bypassing the darkness. Many of us are bearing witness in real time what our society actually stands for. We are not only faced with all the ways we’ve abandoned parts of who we are but how our society’s systems have been poisoning the planet and its people.
In this very special episode with Dina, we openly talk all things spiritual bypassing and decolonisation of the spiritual and wellness “industries”. As you may have noticed over the last few months, the spiritual community has had many differing opinions about what’s been taking place on the world stage. Is it low vibration to talk about the suffering of the world? Why are we all so obsessed with ascension? Why is shadow work important? Who are the teachers that we are learning from?
Dina and I have both been very vocal about how these last few months have changed us and what it has been teaching us. We share these findings with you in hopes that you too can join the movement of active liberation and true embodiment of the spiritual teachings.
Dina is a Palestinian healer and bodyworker based in Dubai, UAE. She is also Jivamukti Yoga certified and has been sharing her passion for yoga for almost 9 years through community classes and world-wide retreats.
She's here to help women remember their strength, softness and resilience through nurturing sessions and experiences for all seasons of her life. Dina believes that yoga and healing are practices of liberation - of the self, in tandem with the liberation and elevation of suffering for all.
