The Sermon on the Mount encompasses three chapters of the book of Matthew. Beginning in chapter six Jesus counsels on several different issues. This is an encouragement and example for prayer. This is a Wednesday night service from the Faith Baptist Church of Shelocta, PA.

We can not look at the Beatitudes without seeing the word "blessed." This podcast focuses on that one word.

Jesus set a high standard for preaching. He uses preaching to inspire dreams in our hearts. He stirs our hearts to serve Him. Let God burn a fire in your soul. Dream big for God.

Do you know why Jesus came? This is a simple presentation of the Gospel. We will learn that the Gospel is the death, the burial, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ for our sins. Psalm 106:23 is a plea to be like Moses. He stood in the breach to intercede for the nation of Israel. Will you be a Moses? Ask God to give you a burden to pray for our land.

"Holpen" is not a word that we use today, but we need it because it speaks about the presence of the Lord. I hope this helps you.

We are going to take the Scriptures and define the word "revival." When we pray for revival we want to know what we are praying for. May God prick our hearts with a burning desire for Him.

Psalm 115 is a powerful reminder that God is still on the throne. Since He is on the throne we need to take our hands off of the situation and let God be God.

Psalm 115 has given me comfort and has convicted me throughout the years. This devotional will remind us that the Lord is in control and that instead of looking at our circumstances we should look at the Lord in the trials. May God help us keep our eyes on the Lord.
