It’s the people you meet along the way. On a brand new episode of A Million Little Adventures, I get to sit down and chat with someone I met at the beginning of my solo backpacking trip back at the beginning of 2019. I met Chery Hasni outside a local grocery store in the streets of Chiang Mai, Thailand. While our encounter and conversation was brief and probably only lasted about 30 mins or so, connecting with Chery on our passion for travel and love for culture is something I will never forget. With having travel 80+ countries, I consider Chery as an inspiring example of a solo female traveler. She does it all, from traveling and exploring to being a successful business woman to feeding her soul with culture and recently becoming a certified Yoga Teacher, you could say Chery definitely has had a million little adventures and counting. In our chat we talk about where her love of travel began, the impact that the pandemic had on her travel plans and the adventures she has her sights on for the future.
