Rarely do we get the chance to converse with our heroes and today is one of them days. I had the pleasure of having a great conversation with one of South Central’s Heroes Mr. Alrick Augustine, known to the great city of Los Angeles as “Butta” (The Mayor). A man of the people, a son, a father, motivational guru (if you will), and all around man of service. We talked about everything from running his first marathon, our love and admiration for the black woman, being men with purpose, and what he wants his Legacy to look like amongst a host of other good stuff.
