Saturday February 5, 2013 Jefferson Parish Louisiana 26-year-old Black transgender woman, fashion icon, and beloved LGBTQ activist Milan Boudreaux and her husband 22-year-old Black cisgender man and entrepreneur Akeem Boudreaux are discovered murdered in their Metairie apartment less than 10 days before Valentines Day. This Power and Perfect couple who slayed the streets of Louisiana were now discovered slained in their home. Authorities apprehend 20-year-old Black Cisgender Melvin Miller and he reveals leaves the Parish of Jefferson county jolting for justice.
