Karen Howard-Goss's story starts out as a distance runner, running up to 60 miles per week. As time went on she developed intense chronic pain and was barely able to run a mile. Karen’s story back to running will definitely inspire you to take action in your life. Through the grace of God, Karen came across my podcast in January of this year. She had chronic pain and joint issues so bad she had to give up running, many skin issues and some gut issues like constipation and bloating after meals. She started listening to my podcast to fall asleep at night and took action on each tip she learned. Cut to 6 months later and she ran a half marathon! I am having Karen on so she can share her story and show you that no matter how bad things get, there’s always hope, and with a little help, you can feel comfortable in your skin again.
