1. A secret to hope is having total trust with full conviction in what you’re looking forward to.
Jeremiah 29:1-14 NKJV
2. Trust is a friend of hope
Hebrews 10:23 NKJV
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
3. Hope does not have to make sense
Romans 8:23-25 AMP
And not only this, but we too, who have the first fruits of the Spirit [a joyful indication of the blessings to come], even we groan inwardly, as we wait eagerly for [the sign of] our adoption as sons—the redemption and transformation of our body [at the resurrection]. [24] For in this hope we were saved [by faith]. But hope [the object of] which is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he already sees? [25] But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait eagerly for it with patience and composure.
4. Know (revelation and full conviction) and do not leave the source of your hope
Romans 15:13 NKJV
“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
5. Hope attracts patience
Philippians 1:3-6 NKJV
I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, [4] always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, [5] for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, [6] being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;
With love,
