This is a tough subject to broach sometimes and even tougher to wrap our minds around but there are 3 things to really consider when asking this question.
1. Are they taking time to get to know who they are; Are they confident in who they are?
2. What decisions in the past or present have been made that caused this ripple effect?
3. What other forces are at play here?
