Dan discusses some of his insecurities, things like his body image, fear of failure, and rejection. Most people (especially men) don't like sharing their insecurities because they can easily become "weak" spots that can be used to cause hurt. In trying to have a positive outlook, Dan also wants everyone who needs to hear that they're f****ng beautiful to hear it regardless of their insecurities!
