Hello Everyone,

Today I am joined by Suvi as we discuss home sickness in ballet. We both ventured form our home towns and travelled to Russia at a young age, not knowing the language or even what to expect. Being very close to our mothers made things that much harder but we realised some very key important components and mindset tools that made this more manageable. In the end we have to do uncomfortable things to come out the other side the person we dream to become.
