Alex Drummond B.Sc(Hons) MCSP, GSR, ACPSM

As a Physiotherapist and Sports Rehabilitation Specialist, Alex is the clinical lead. Over his 15 year career, Alex has worked with elite and professional athletes from the world of rugby league, football and tennis and has conducted consultation work for a number of individual elite level athletes from a wide range of sports including athletics, swimming, triathlon, cycling, running and orienteering.

In addition to his clinical role, he lectures domestically and internationally in the field of Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation and regularly contributes to several leading health and fitness websites and publications.

When not working you will find him training hard  – whether it be a triathlon, running, road and mountain biking, skiing (cross country, downhill, telemark) and even kitesurfing!

Gill Cummings-Bell BA (Hons) MSc PGCE MBA

Gill Cummings-Bell is a practicing clinical exercise therapist as well as an exercise and nutrition scientist who specialises in sports nutrition management for training, performance, recovery, and body weight management. Gill is the Director of Drummond Education leading the field of research in sports and weight management nutrition and exercise.
