Dr. Macías-Rioseco serves as an Associate Professor at UC Davis’s California Animal Health & Food Safety Laboratory within the Department of Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology.

In this episode, we explore Dr. Macías-Rioseco’s journey—her passion for pathology, her leadership, and her volunteer service with organizations like the ACVP, the Davis-Thompson Foundation (DTF), Latin Comparative Pathology Group (LCPG), and the American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians (AAVLD).
