Perhaps the single biggest challenge, managing expectations and how overcoming communication bottlenecks is where expectations can so easily be addressed. The very nature of partnerships, it's a two way street. If everyone's on the same page, disputes can't exist. Keeping them all on the same page is the challenge, and that's simply a function of communication.
