ON THIS EPISODE, WE DISCUSS…
Part 2 of last week.
Time to understand that you play a role in the way you feel.
Find a way to enjoy things you like without causing major health problems.
Eat foods in the right order.
First eat fiber, then eat protein and fat, then eat starches, and sugars last.
Start your meal with a fiber…like a vegetable.
Then you can eat your proteins and fat…good fats are critical for great health. Don’t be afraid of all fats.
Then you need to eat carbs.
Then you can eat your sugar, but hopefully, you won’t want as much because you should feel fuller.
The second hack…add things to your meal to make sure you get in your fiber.
