ON THIS EPISODE, WE DISCUSS…
It’s essential to realize and think about where you will spend the last few days of your life.
Sometimes Doctors are overwhelmed and end up putting someone on medications they don’t need.
Dr. Pearson tells us three different scenarios.
One example is exercising and living life to its fullest.
Another example is someone who doesn’t exercise becomes weaker and ends up falling. To be safe he ended up in a nursing home.
Last example, she has had multiple plastic surgeries, which threw off her body later in life.
If you have a problem, talk to someone, don’t pretend or fool yourself, seek the help you need.
Stay active and live your best life.
Don’t forget the ones that are in the homes getting assistance, visit them, and show your love, your being there and showing your smile might make all the difference.
