It wasn’t a case of a stiff neck that needed to be manipulated, in fact, that has been tried in both situations without success. How do you learn what the right questions are to ask?
Dr. Pearson talks about two different case studies of men with horrible neck pain.
Muscles in your back are connected to your neck.
The muscles in the front of your neck are also very important to take into consideration.
Get on your back and lift your head back. If that is easy for you, then you probably won’t have problems with your neck flexors.
However, if you lift your head up and tuck your chin in and you find yourself shaking, then it is a very good indicator that you have weak or tight neck flexors.
Now lay on your stomach and lift your head.
There are things you can do to fix the problems.
