Dr. Lalit Gupta, known as “The Cyber Doctor,” is a renowned Information Security Leader with nearly 30 years of experience across sectors like Government, FinTech, BFSI, IT/ITES, SaaS, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Aviation, Manufacturing, Energy, and Telecom. As President of the Cybersecurity Council, his expertise spans Information Security, Cyber Security, Audit, Risk Management, Cloud Security, and Privacy Protection.

Dr. Gupta has authored "Cybersecurity Chronicles" and "Secure Shift" and holds a PhD in Information Security and an MBA in e-Business. His certifications include CISSP, Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, GRCP, MBCI, and many more. He was part of the founding team for CERT-In India and received an Honorary Doctorate from Christian Central University, USA, along with the "Pillars of India Award" from IIT Madras.

Currently, Dr. Gupta is the Global Head of IT GRC & Cyber Security at Al Gihaz Group, leading initiatives in strategic security governance and risk management. He has also been the founder CEO of Skillusions and Founding Director/Chief Advisory Officer of CyResMan, driving cybersecurity efforts in the Middle East, Africa, and India. His career includes establishing Centres of Excellence and integrating technologies like RPA, AI, and ML.
