Episode 137: Muahh!!

Wassup Gang!! Happy Tuesday! Welcome back to 500 Questions The Podcast. This week we discuss: What How do we feel about people lying to fit in or stand out?  Can The desire to be considered “attractive” take away from who you really are?  If your friend doesn’t like someone, and they come to you with a chance to make some money, what is the right thing to do?  If someone needs constant reassurance in a relationship, could that have a negative effect on the relationship?  And as usual we have an email. Email: So my boyfriend has been helping me raise my son for nearly half his life, we live together and he is an extremely active parent in his life.

Last night he was cooking dinner and said

"You should be making me dinner, it's Father's Day" and without even thinking at all I said "But you aren't a father!" I was completely joking but it really hurt his feelings and I absolutely understand why. I didn't mean it at all and I'm always telling him how thankful I am to have him helping me raise my son and how much I appreciate everything he does for us.

So, I'm already aware that l'm a huge AH for this and I realized it the second it came out of my mouth. He's rightfully hurt and I feel horrible about it. I wish I could take it back, but I can't.  I just want to see if anyone has any advice on how to proceed with showing him that I do appreciate him as a father because it's killing me to know how that was received by him.
