5 Tips & Tricks: UConn Director of Development Operations- Madison Arndt

Todays guest began her journey as a Division I student-athlete at Manhattan University, formally Manhattan College, where she competed track and field, served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and was nominated for the 2018 NCAA Woman of the Year. After graduating with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Digital Media, she went on to serve as a Division II Governance Postgraduate Intern at the NCAA, supporting national committees and championship events.

She then joined Yale Athletics as the Assistant Director of Development & Engagement, where she helped raise over $10 million, launched the Yale Women’s Athlete Network, and led large-scale alumni events and campaigns.

Currently at the University of Connecticut Foundation, she serves as Director of Development, Operations for UConn Athletics. From overseeing major fundraising campaigns and digital strategy to launching the first-ever UConn Women inAthletics Weekend, she continues to lead impactful initiatives that celebrate athletes, build community, and drive meaningful support for collegiate sports.Follow and like this podcast as well as leave questions in the comments that may be answered on future episodes.
