RECIPE:
Ball up your best vanilla ice-cream into a neat spheres that you know will fit your (small) coffee glass.
Return the ice-cream ball/s to the freezer until needed, along with your serving glasses because you want them nice and frosted.
Place the ball of ice-cream into your pre-chilled glass.
Make a hot espresso coffee.
Pour it over the ice-cream. (This can be done at the table for fancy effect.)
Eat immediately!
