Your time with God each day is precious—don’t neglect it.

In today’s 5-Minute Daily Devotional, we reflect on Psalm 5:3 and Joshua 1:8, two powerful reminders of the importance of daily time with the Lord.

In Psalm 5:3, David says, “In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.”

And in Joshua 1:8, God commands His people to meditate on His Word day and night so that they may be careful to do everything written in it—and prosper.

Our relationship with God grows stronger when we begin our day with Him, seeking His guidance and listening for His voice.
