Episode 10: Being Okay With Uncertainty with Zeinab Khawaja

In the bat of an eye we are at the tenth and last episode of our podcast series! Today's episode features BHSc alumna of 2017: Zeinab Khawaja! Zeinab is a Health Promoter at McMaster’s Student Wellness Centre, primarily focusing on mental health, graduate student wellness, and equity-deserving groups. Outside of work, she is currently pursuing a Masters of Social Work in Indigenous Trauma and Resiliency at UofT. Zeinab is passionate about topics of self-awareness, vulnerability, shame, and connection, and how these intersect with social justice and society more broadly. She aims to encourage people to embrace imperfection and work on being kinder to themselves.
