In this podcast, Lakisha introduces us to Karen Hills, who is a career educator experienced with multiple levels and positions. Recently retired, she joined 4Tucson as the Educational Liaison Volunteer after working with the Educational Taskforce for the past two years. 

Karen describes her experience with feeling burnout and frustration as a teacher, "I felt like I was in a cage, but the door was never locked." She informs us on best practices that can support teachers/educators, including Teach 4 the Heart, educator support groups, and congregational prayer over the educators in our church communities.
