1) I just need to go to the gym (or go to the gym more)

2) Getting to fitness goals is easy (fast..gym..slight change in diet)

3) Weightloss is linear

4) They don’t have the willpower, motivation or discipline 

5) I don’t have time

6) All or nothing (Need to be perfect, or no point)
