Rabindranath Tagore was a poet, writer and musician from Bengal who won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1913 for his work "Gitanjali". He also wrote novels including "Gora" (1910) and "Chokher Bali" (1911), which have been adapted into films multiple times.
