Forse non sapete che oggi, 25 ottobre è la giornata mondiale dedicata alla pasta – il World Pasta Day, istituito nel 1998 dall’Unione delle Associazioni die Pastai (International Pasta Organization) per promuovere la pasta come alimento della dieta mediterranea, cibo sano, sostenibile ed economico.

In questa occasione vi propongo una ricetta facile, facile da provare e vi racconto anche l’origine del suo nome: pasta alla puttanesca. È uno dei simboli della cucina italiana e si può preparare con vari tipi di pasta: spaghetti, linguine , che sono come spaghetti ma piatti. Il loro nome deriva dalla parola „lingua“ „Zunge“ ...
