Sometimes we feel intimated or embarrassed to ask for help. The truth is that we all need help at times and that's okay. We often hold ourselves back and delay our progress because we are afraid to ask for a little assistance. We can get in our own way by thinking that we can figure something out on our own and while it may seem like a quality, to be determined and self reliant, it can also prevent us from moving forward. Remember that even in asking for help we are having an action which allows us to keep the momentum rolling.
